Privacy policy

Henkan Research is a qualitative research tool published by Henkan & Partners, a French consultancy. For each study, the data controller is the client who commissioned the study, supported by Henkan & Partners.

Participant data

With your consent, we record your answers (text, audio and, if you agree, video) and your answers to the profile questions. They are used only for the study you were invited to.

Data is kept for the period shown on the consent screen (12 months by default), then deleted. You can ask the data controller to delete it at any time: the client who commissioned the study, supported by Henkan & Partners.

Consultant data

We keep your sign-in email address and the studies you create for as long as you use the service.

For client accounts, Henkan & Partners records sign-in times, approximate location (country and city inferred from the IP address), browser and device type, and the product features used. This information is used to manage access and support the client relationship. It is kept by Henkan & Partners (Henkan Account) and never sold.
