How a study works

The four tabs of a study, the six preparation steps, the study statuses and what saves automatically.

Up to date with v1.2.1Updated 20 October 20262 min read

Every study has the same structure: four tabs across the top, six preparation steps, and a status that decides who can answer.

A study belongs to your organisation, not only to you: everyone in the organisation, including the Henkan & Partners consultants placed in it, sees it and can work on every step and tab. The person who created it is recorded. See Work as a team.

The four tabs#

TabWhat you do there
Prepare the studyThe six-step checklist. Each step opens its own page with the coach.
RecruitmentParticipants, invitations, reminders, public link and QR code, on-site invitations and quotas.
Interviews · NWho has responded, key figures and whether interviews still bring new ideas. N is the number of completed interviews.
ResultsThe synthesis, the transcripts and Ask your interviews. A dot appears when new interviews have finished since the last synthesis.

A study opens on the tab that matters for its status: Prepare the study for a draft, Interviews for an open study, Results for a closed one.
